Хели-ски: Аляска, западная Канада, северо-запад США

Валдиз, Аляска

Город Валдиз (Valdez) является родиной и местом проведения

Valdez’s Chugach Mountains offer you the perfect combination of steep, ride-able terrain, abundant powder, and clear weather cycles.

The terrain we access is among the most exciting heli-ski terrain imaginable. With over 2,500 square miles of mountains to explore, we are always able to find excellent skiing.

The great city of Valdez and Godmother of WESC, Karen McCune-Stewart are resurrecting the event that gave birth to organizations like International Freeskiers Association (IFSA) Valdez is the place for the Elite to compete.

Our heli-skiing is unlike anything you could ever imagine. Our ski runs are long and adventurous (up to 5,000 vertical feet), and deep powder is the norm. Because Valdez Heli-Ski Guides caters to advanced and expert skiers and riders, groups are always small.

The Valdez Heli-Ski Guides staff is made up of some of the most experienced heli-ski guides in the United States. Leaders in their

field, our guides are made up of year round professional mountain guides, avalanche forecasters, avalanche educators and ski patrollers.

Heli-skiing with Valdez Heli-Ski Guides is unlike skiing anywhere in the world. Our ski runs average 3,500 with our longest runs, like our backyard test-piece Mount Dimond, topping 6,200. Low client to guide ratios (4:1) provide you with specialized attention allowing us to guide you down adventurous peaks bearing long couloirs and broad faces only found in the Chugach.

Британская Колумбия, Канада

Канадская провинция Британская Колумбия является лидирующим ценром хели-ски в Северной Америке.

In the world of heli-skiing, the northern Cariboo Mountains and the Canadian Rockies are legendary. An abundance of dry powder, immense open bowls, spectacular glacier skiing, and gladed trees await our guests. This terrain is exclusive to our company - we do not share it with any other heli-ski company. Imagine, a maximum of 20 skiers in one area measuring over 1,500 square miles with over 300 runs! When you ski with us, you can be assured of the intimacy of a small group atmosphere with emphasis on exceptional skiing and boarding, combined with first class lodging and service.

Штат Вашингтон, США

It is a hot one this week in the Methow but thoughts of knee deep, untracked powder help in keeping one cooled down (along with a jump in the river).
Bookings for the 2012 season are also cooking. Make sure you have a slot for the epic upcoming show in the North Cascades.

The North Cascades of Washington state, also known as "The American Alps," are the most glaciated peaks in the continental U.S. Our location in the northeast corner of this range is a unique combination of longitude, latitude and altitude, giving us some of the finest snow conditions for heli-riding available anywhere. Within our 300,000-acre permit area on the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, we can access a vast number of runs starting at altitudes between 7,000 to 9,000 feet. The vertical drop on our designated runs ranges from 1,500 feet to 4,000 feet. The terrain is an amazing potpourri of open bowls, steep glades and excellent tree skiing surrounded by immense granite cliffs and spires.
